I began quilting in 1985. Over twenty years and hundreds of quilts later, I am still exploring the possibilities of combining textures, patterns, and colors, to create dramatic and unexpected art quilts. I am inspired by images and text and I include them in my work. I transform them by enlarging, reducing, and manipulating and then I combine them into a cohesive union of color and composition.
